Can someone from Fizz explain to me what" one-time package" means?
For example, if I used up my 1GB of travel add-on data during my stay in Mexico. can I purchase an additional 1GB of travel add-on data within the same payment cycle?

Yes you can. That's exactly what it means. It is effective as soon as payment goes through and will last until the end of the next cycle.

It means 1gb is one time use, after done, you need buy other one.

You can buy multiple add on. If you think that you need 3G for 1 month then you can buy the same 1G add on 3 times : one after another.
Add on will expire at the end of the following cycle.
