No you can not.
You can change your coverage to Canada + US
Or you can buy travel data by going to , ,

You can use an add-on for USA travel or put money in your wallet and pay as you go.
I suggest the add-on first, pay as you go can come pretty expensive.
If you are going to USA often, just change your plan for Canada/US,
