Usually it takes 24 hours and this is because payments are processed only once a day.
To be sure I suggest that you contact Fizz with chat by opening a help page https://fizz.ca/en/faq/im-unable-log-my-fizz-account-what-do-i-do.
Wait for 15 seconds and look at the bottom right of the page

It's 24 hours max if you do it within 7 days. To be safe, after you updated your payment method, go to https://fizz.ca/en/faq/resolving-issues, wait 10 seconds, click green bubble on bottom right, and start chat

I would contact fizz by the chat and let them know the situation. It's happenned to me and they resolve the problème the next day.
