Can't ship a SIM to an address in Pincourt, when will this be fixed?

I was told on Feb 7, 2019 that it would be resolved in 24 hours but it still does not work, help please.

Start a chat with support and have them manually send the SIM to you.3

Chat with them with the links taht the othersprovide you or on Facebook Messegner. You are in the coverage zone so you should be able to got it.
