Hello,

when in your account, click:

 

1. My Plans
2. The Gift button from the plan you want to give data from
3. Click Start gifting button
   
4. Click the Give to a new friend button
5. Enter phone number (the one that will get the gift), the Next
   

 

You will then get the page where you can give from and to your plans. I think you should be good from there I never tested it from there, but I was looking for the same to share data between my plans and it what I've been able to acheive.
