Media text messages? I cant send or receive any photos by text?

I have Samsung 9+ phone and I am not able to share or receive photos using text messages. Is it a phone settings or network issue?

You would need data plan to use MMS

1. Update APN per fizz guide
2. Reboot phone
3. Make sure roaming is ON.

My gf had the same issue. All the settings were fine. At first it took a few days for the pictures to go through and then it slowly got better and after a week or so they were working. Nothing had changed on my end
