Couldn't get any data usage in USA

I switched to fizz with the intention of being able to use my phone plan in the states, hence the Canada & USA plan. Throughout the entire week I spent in the states, my data was entirely unusable on any network that I was connected to. When looking at my plan it specifically says that data would be usable.

    I presume that you have enable roaming while you were in the states.

    Some users have reported that they had to configure APN parameters https://fizz.ca/en/faq/what-are-fizz-network-settings-apn in ( they did not have when they where in Canada ).

    MT is right and it's the same thing if you go in Ontario. Data only work on roaming

    Make sure you enable roaming, make sure you reboot phone once after you did the change. If still doesn't work. See below.
