account reward section error

Since the last 2 days, in my account rewards/upgrade section, when I click on the reward detail, it popup an error saying error problem try again later...
Do everyone have the same problem or just me? Is Fizz currently have problem on the webpage services? It will good that Fizz advise us if there is currently a known problem.

No problem for me, I can access the reward details. Have you tried contacting them?

Have you tried using a different brower? I find their website sometimes will become finicky on one browser for unknown reasons and then work fine on another browser. It doesn't stay consistent though.6

Yes, I have tried on 3 different browser. Chrome, IE, Opera. All of them are giving the same error. I guess something is wrong in my rewards.6

I have similar problem before. I go to My Plans --> Contact us --> Open a complain, and they sent my request to a "specialist" team, and it's resolved after 5 days.
Do the same as I did, it took time but they'll fix it.6 -
I have sent a complaint. Let see how long it will take to fix it. Since Fizz is more a self served oriented service. I hope that Fizz can maintain a more stable and reliable web service.4
