why do i keep getting an error when attempting to add my billing address to sign up?

Im just trying to set up my account for the first time to receive a SIM card and it keeps telling me there was an error with my billing address, however it is the correct address

Maybe your address is outside of the covered area?
If not, try contacting customer service.
