Are Ottawa customers offered home internet, or is that only for Quebec?

It’s currently available to many residential addresses in Quebec and Ontario.

You will know if you're invited as a beta tester when you subscribe if it’s avalable at your address. After the beta test I suppose the will activate the link on the page (link above) where you can see the coverage map.

If you live in Rockland, yes. All other addresses , no.
