Any way to login to the fizz modem to change settings?

First you need a computer and a Ethernet cable connection.
Usually all internet modem works that way.
Use your computer network search, you should see your modem in the list.
Clicking on it should bring you to the modem's home page.
Again usually, default access is Admin as user name and no password or admin as password.

Open an Internet browser and enter in the address bar: 192.168.0.1
Identify yourself with the login information:
Username: cusadmin
Password: Your Wi-Fi password

I'm assuming there is a default WiFi password showing on the modem, right?

If it's hitron modem, you need first connect it by wifi "easy connect" and configure it, use your own wifi password. After that, you can login to 192.168.0.1 and username/password is as Victor C said: custadmin/your_wif_password
