How do you report a scam?

A text coming from "Fizz" is asking us to click on a link to get a $10 gift. "Dear Fizz customer this is ten dollars gift from our team to enjoy it." That was pretty quick. how did they know I was using Fizz?

Several users got this text. It was not intended toward you personnally.
They just send out to a whole bunch of numbers.
