Wait for about 15 seconds and you'll see the buble chat at the lower right corner of the page

Hi, Thanks for answering, I used the link M. T. wrote and it worked, they resolved the issue a few hours later I received all the messages from the past week.
I use an Alcatel flip phone, I suggest anyone having this issue try the same link.
