how to cancel order of a sim card?

Hi Fizz team,
I first activated with you guys in december and then i was approach again by my old provider how so ever, i didn't like the experience and want to come back i had to struggle before being able to activate my old sim card but i accendentily purchase an another one, i was wondering if you can cancel the second shipment and refund my card for the sim card i won't use.

It's kind of impossible because my sim card get "shipped" in less than 15 minutes. Looks like the sim cards are in carrier warehouse and they just do the fulfillment whenever FIZZ get order. So noway you can go through Fizz and cancel this order.
Just take it and put on Kijiji for sale. YOu'll get $5 back for sure.3 -
