I do not have Fizz internet, do not want it nor have made any requests. What is going on here?

    Looks like they got your account mixed up with someone else's. You can just ignore it since you can reply back directly anyways. On the other hand, good to see they are answering questions though.

    Yeah well, I got and e-mail from Fizz where they were calling me Jean-Francois in response to a ticket I had never put up with them.
    I think they're having a party without us, lol

    And another one from the same person (I have the message she replied to with the other person's email, not very secure. Watch them cancel my service!
    Same rep as well, she is obviously too lazy to check the full name (we have the same first name) before replying. Who do I contact to stop this before I get a third message full of sensitive information by mistake? Does Fizz even monitor these boards?
