Is there an option to remove unlimited minutes?

I selected unlimited Quebec and I live in Ottawa. So I can't phone anyone. I changed my plan to Canada but it will take a month to update. Is there a way to remove unlimited minutes and just pay per usage?

Yes, you just have to change your plan and check NO in minutes. But it will also take a month to take effective.
    .
You can add money in "Wallet". As soon as you add money to your wallet you can use it right away.

However there is a known bug with Fizz system regarding Wallet feature.
When you're in roaming even in your coverage are, Fizz would debit money from your wallet by mistake.
    .
Also history usage in Wallet is not 100% accurate yet.

In the meantime you could also buy Add on 3$ for 60 minutes. This add on is valid for 2 billing cycles. That means it will be zero out even you don't use them after the 2nd cycle.
You can use Add on as soon as you buy it.

I'm not 100% sure that Add On would help you since it will be applied to your current Coverage which is Quebec.
