During reactivation within 60 days, how does Fizz verify the phone number?

If I am not in Canada within the 60 days, how will I verify my phone number? For example, if it's a SMS code they send to verify the number, I may not receive it.

Where can I find if that country has a Fizz travel add-on? I haven't activated my SIM yet, because I want to know certain things before I switch providers.

I think that you can only see add on once activated.
