SMS compatibility?

My work sends out mass texts that I used to get. Does fizz have an email address I could get so that I can receive those sms messages? Ie/ myphonenumber@fizz.ca

    No there is no Fizz email address for sms like some other providers. It has to be sent to your Fizz phone number.

    Why not the just send to your e-mail address if it's a long message?

    Email would be great but they set up their platform as SMS (most don’t have a work phone). The system they use require that they input an email which many providers have (your phone number @ whoever.ca) that converts it into a SMS message.

    I have had problems with receiving Sms the best way is to update your phone
