I lose the ability to send text and receive calls from time to time

Started out working perfectly but I consistently get error messages when trying to text people. I can receive texts but cant send them and after awhile the problem just fixes itself. Error 500 usually pops up on my phone
Another issue I have is receiving calls, I get some calls but not at all times and I can always make calls without issue.
To sum up, I cant always send texts and I cant always receive calls.

Can you give me the best way to do that? I live in Montreal. I dont see a chat box or a number I can call them on... or an email for that matter but I haven't looked too hard either
