sim card is not received

first i m really dissatisfied from your answering service. second, its printed delivered in my profile but i have not received my sim card yet. how can i follow it, the shipping service did not give me a clear answer

    There is currently no tracking services with the carriers they use.
    A lot of customer have found their card delivered to a neighbour door.
    Anyhow, your are better off getting in contact with Fizz on their chat like M.T. suggested.
