Cant change my plan to unlimited minute?

By the look of your screen, you do have chosen unlimited Quebec!
There is no other plan for calls then unlimited, you just need to choose your coverage and you are up!
I suggest you take Canada for 2$/month. it will keep you from unpleasant surprise when you are close to another province, like Ontario or N.B. or if you want to call a Canadian toll free number.

mhm I didnt choose unlimited minutes. If i had it would cost 33$ without tax but the plan is only 27$ at the moment.5

Ok, so you only have data plan for Quebec then.
But it does not change the fact that Fizz monthly Calls Plans only offers unlimited calls for the coverage area you pick.
Otherwise, you just need to put money in your wallet and pay-as-you-go. at 0.25$/min in Quebec, I believe.

You can change your plan to include unlimited minutes, but that change will only happen at the beginning of the next cycle. Until the the next cycle, your options are to purchase an add-on for 60 minutes for $3 or put money in your wallet for pay as you go minutes.7

The problem is there is no option to change to unlimited minute .3

You need to use Manage plan, Adjust plan, Change plan.
Your screenshot cuts the top part where you can choose your minutes and texting.4 -
Mhm i just checked there is nothinth in the upper part to change my minutes only unlimited texting.2
