I lost my phone and sim cart . How can i get a new one?

You can purchase another SIM and transfer your plan/number to the new SIM until you have a replacement phone.
My plan > Manage plan > Change SIM card1 -
You lost it? like at home? I dont think fizz will refund it if you lost it but if you never receiced it you can contact them0
