I didn't receive my SIM card and I called Planete courrier, they said that it was dilevered on Jan.

If you live in a condo / app verify on the building front door to see.

If the courier claimed they delivered it, then contact Fizz and advise them you never received it.1

These idiots often just stick the sim package on your door, so anybody can steal it.0

For me, the tracking said delivered but it was never delivered. Few days later, it was inside my mail box lol , just be patient i guess2
