error ordering sim

see attachment. I enter my address, then I get an error when ordering the sim (CHROME)
(NOTE i CHANGED THE ADDRESS IN THE IMAGE FOR PRIVACY)

    It seems like multiple people are having this problem over the last day or two. Use the chat bubble on the lower right corner of an article in the solution hub to chat with customer service and get it resolved.

    Same here. Chat didn't resolve anything, they just confirmed it's a known issue and are working on it.

    I was able to order by bumping the order to 2 SIMs.
