Why would you close the massive 2FA issue thread when it still doesn’t work? Not sure what services you consider higher priority but the main ones still don’t work (Google, Facebook, online banking, etc)

Agree, people were providing feedback. If it's to avoid complaints, more updates from Fizz likely would have reduced it.
We users simply don't know where Fizz is. They say hundreds of companies in in their post...ok, so which have been corrected?
Keep your users informed and people will understand.7 -
If they're unlocking them in some sort of popularity order, that implies they have a list. It would be nice to have an idea where various different companies are on that list.8

I believe it is closed because an answer was marked as accepted (even though the problem is not solved!)7

All good points. Would be great to have a list posted of what they claim to be working and what’s still being worked on.
Marking their own vague response as the best answer in order to close the thread seems like poor customer support.8 -
Maybe they’re getting too many replies and they’re getting annoyed. *shrug*5

Go ahead to open one question. I guess this problem will be solved soon.3

I'm sure that Fizz do want to have 2FA issue resolved and several known issues that they mention on this page : https://fizz.ca/en/node/2171.
They have lost a few customers to whom 2FA is crucial.
.
The sooner they resolve those main issues the sooner they can charge new customers full price.
.
They're just unable to fix it for the moment.6 -

If the issue persists and the thread is getting old, you need to close it and bring the issue to the forefront by opening another thread.0
