I have no service since Thursday and I can't talk to the staff at Fizz?

I have contacted Fizz through Facebook Messenger but it's taking days to reply. I have been without service since Thursday. What do I do?

    Using chat on Fizz site is a much better way to reach customer service.
    Login to your account and a go to this page https://fizz.ca/en/faq/resolving-issues
    A chat bubble appears at the bottom right of your screen after few seconds.
    Click on it, ignore the welcome message and put in your issue.
    A Fizz agent will take care of you
    *****Opening hours on weekends are from 10:00 to 18:00

    Was Thursday or Friday your billing date? A lot of people seem to have had problems with payments not going through this month. As René says, contacting Fizz through chat is more efficient than FB messenger. It does not, however, open until 10am on weekends.

    Chat is faster, not very useful though. They may just ask you wait.

    After tried different methods to reach Fizz, here is the fastest way:
    1) find office hour (Monday to Friday, 8am to 8pm
    2) login to fizz.ca
    3) go to https://fizz.ca/en/faq/resolving-issues
    4) wait 15 seconds
    5) click green bubble on bottom right, and start chat
