Why is My Prepaid Vanilla Mastercard always being declined?

I have used this prepaid card once before and it worked. I even added money to my wallet. Now my account is frozen and I've been trying for 2 days and it's always declined. Did you guys remove vanilla mastercards as a form of payment? If so do you accept prepaid visa as payment?

This card may need setup post code. Check website on card, go there and put your post code there
such as "K2L 2L2".

Postal code was set up within the hour I received it. Tried again 24 hours but still nothing. I tested the card on another website and it worked. Still plenty of funds on it for fizz but it seems they just won't let it go through.5

The wors tis because we cant paid with the wallet. The wallet it's just for the add on and the per use,4

Officially, pre-paid CC are not accepted. But I've used one in the past. There is no name on a pre-paid CC. When you use a pre-paid CC on Fizz's Website, it asks you for the name on the CC and the billing address. It has to be exactly as it appears in your Fizz account. But now your account is frozen. Contact Fizz by chat between 8 am and 9 pm M-F or Sat. + Sun. 10 am to 6 pm.3
