Fizz messed up sim order and I'm stuck?

So I ordered a sim card, specified the suite number (as proposed by their autofill actually), they didn't forward that detail to their courrier service so it was refused. I get an email from them 3 DAYS later saying I need to contact the courrier service. I do and they tell me they wont add that info to delivery address so I have to order a new SIM from fizz. I try to reach customer service but it's impossible (no chat, no messenger). wtf?
So please take note this new service is a fraud. I will claim a refund from my CC company and report this to the OPC... I suggest many do the same.
