Still unable to use LTE with SM-G930U

Hello everyone. I have a Samsung Galaxy S7 (SM-G930U) which works on the another network, I tried everything, contacted support 4-5 times and all they've done is they tried to make make me change my APN, even though I repeatedly told them that my APN was fine, they even looked it over, and I "downloaded" APN settings that they pushed to my device twice.
I've had some people suggest that the G930U doesn't have the necessary bands to be used on Fizz, but the datasheet seems to confirm otherwise, at least as far as I can tell. Can someone provide more information? At this point I've have way too many issues where I find myself outside of wifi range, I rely on LTE to solve problems but FIzz just won't function.
I would be grateful for any help at this point.

Have you restarted your phone after enter APN ?3

Yes, it should work in that your phone does have the required bands for Fizz network. There seems to be some problem with some Samsung phones and Fizz network or software, because you're not the only person who has had problems with it when, going by specs, it should work fine. Sorry I can't help though.5

Yes. Ive been dealing with this for months. I even did a factory reset. For some reason my phone doesnt work well with fizz. My lte upload speed is super slow. Like, unusable. Only with Fizz.3

I don't know if this is the phone that you have but according to this site, LTE would works with Rogers, Telus, Fido and Freedom but not really with Videotron

.
You click on choose your carrier and pick Videotron and look at the result.3 -

This is what it shows for Videotron4 -
@ M T. I prefer to to the manufacturer's website for phone specs. So many of the others are just inaccurate (my own phone working with Fizz is proof). According to Samsung, this phone does have B4/AWS as well as the appropriate 3G frequencies. If that site was accurate though, he should have no problems at all if he just sets 3G to be the preferred frequency.0
