How do I close my account?

Hi,
I never activated nor used the service. I don’t intend to use it either.
How do I close my account? You can cancel your plan but there’s no way to definitely close your account.
Please advise.

If you never activated, why would you want to close? Just delete your card and move on.

Hi Mourad, there is no way per say to close your Fizz account, you might have a chance that the support team can do it for you, but I'd say the chances are quite slim as companies keep your account for your records and incase you open up a lawsuit against them for some reason. It may be different with Fizz, but companies typically don't offer that. Id also mainly just recommend removing your credit cards from the account and just ignoring the account from that point on. Also people were mentioning about a bug with billing where they sometimes get charged even after cancelling their plan, so for that reason I wouldn't recommend having the account deleted just for precautions.

You must contact fizz for this. You can ask them via FB messenger, the love chat bubble at the bottom right corner of your account page or by email.

I am pretty sure they have many dormant accounts like yours. They will close them or leave them be according to their company's policy. I don't think they will close an account specifically for you.

If your account is inactive for 3 months, it will be closed by fizz. See #5 in the link below.
