I can call, receive calls and text but I am not able to recive any text message. I followed the steps they suggeste and still nothing. Please help.

I recommend checking the APN settings in your phone and following Fizz's instructions to ensure the network settings are configured properly. If this does not work; try connecting to the chat system in the Solutions Hub early in the morning (before traffic starts to increase) and you'll see a chat bubble on the Solutions Hub page where you can speak with someone who can ensure you have the right settings in your phone.
For example (assuming you have an android), you may need to go into the settings on the stock messaging application and change your phone number that is listed in there. It may be your actual number or a number that only Fizz has access to. Also, are you having trouble receiving texts from other people or from automated systems?7 -
Thanks. I tried everything. I messaged them they opened a ticket but said it could be a few days before someone gets in touch with me. I want to figure how to fix this before that if possible. I'm not paying to be without receiving text for a few days.8

Looks like you did the basic troubleshooting that Fizz tells its users to do. Therefore, I recommend that you contact Fizz support about this issue since this is the user community hub. You can email them, chat with them, or send them a message on FB messenger. Good luck!7

Try to manually select a Fizz-EXT network and then let it automatically set the network again. Reboot if needed. Worked for me.7

I've had this same problem too for the past week. And then magically, all my texts from the past week came flying in at 10:32 am.
This happened JUST as I sat down to try and fix it by seeing what other users were doing after trying what Fizz support told me to do through messenger with no results.0
