No level 6 rewards or level 7 rewards.

And none for level 8 ...
Level 6 bonus is on old, because of problem with the other country call package not working apparently.
I had confirmation from Fizz specialize team, that the reward program was still under development for level over stage 6.

I'm sure when I'm in Level 6, the award will be released. I just barely reach 6000 points :-)
