Why my data doesn't work for my iphone6s even the iOS and carrier is updated? iOS is 12.1.2 Carrier

My SIM card was activated 3 days ago. Calls are working but data doesn't even after the operating system was updated. My phone iOS is 12.1.2 and Carrier is Fizz35.0. I couldn't find the bottom part of each page where I suppose to be able to type " chat bubble". How can I contact their customer service?
