Why is my prepaid mastercard getting declined when I try to buy an add-on?

When I try to buy a data add on and enter the details of my prepaid mastercard, Fizz keeps saying that the payment is declined. I am using the right billing address that was assigned to my card. When using a normal credit card, the payment will go through. Anyone know why?

Agreed, I have had issues many times when using prepaid cards.
