If you're struggling to reach a human, you can message them through Facebook Messenger. It's not instantaneous, but you should get a response in a day.
I had the same problem as you and this is how I resolved it. Now my phone is working great with no problems. You're on the right path

Unfortunately, no. I just give FIZZ management a suggestion. See here: https://community.fizz.ca/questions/1865696-fizz-can-t-figure-missing-referral-bonuses-everybody-s-fizz-referral-bonus-hit-miss
my suggestion: Why not Fizz find some sim distributors locally and let them distribute SIM cards and do activation, as return, give these distributors referral bonus as return. It's a win-win situation. Fizz management should serious consider my suggestion.
