Try searching for networks manually. Had the same problem with my wife account, her phone wouldn't find a network automatically.5

Is your phone unlocked? If not, you may need to speak to your former provider and they should be able to help you unlock your phone. If it is locked, you will not be able to use a Fizz sim card.5

If you are talking about iPhone, you can't activate your phone with the new sim card. I only means your iphone is locked, need call your old provider and unlock it first.1
