Why I can't receive message from online bank/credit card

I'm not able to receive message from online bank and paypal, to get the security code they sent.
There's no problem to receive message from personal user.
Why?

This is a known issue. Fizz has trouble with short code sms and can not receive sms from many different institutions.

This bug is already known by Fizz. We currently have no ETA of when it'll be fixed but the Fizz team says their working on it.
