I get a message " not able to delete payment method because it is associated with a active account". How to delete?

You can not delete a payment method associated with an active account.
You can replace it or deativate the account and then delete it.8 -

MoYe has right answer . I tried to change master card to visa and got same error as you do. I added the visa card first and change payment to visa. Then I can delete my old master card info.4
