why deos IMEI not show after diealing *#060#?

Hi, I am using Huawei produced in 2018 bought in China, after dialing *#060#, it does not show IMEI #?
What should I do? Does that mean I cannot use FIZZ. I am currently using Fido.

You can also find the IMEI number of your phone in setting. Usually in about, phone status.
