Received a Rollover SMS 5 days before my plan ends, why?

Hey people,
My Payment cycle ends the 7th Jan, today is the 2nd. Received an SMS saying: "You just got your first rollover" where they applied the remaining amount of data to my next billing period.
My question is: If Fizz already rolls over my data to my next period, then, what data am I using now and for the remaining 5 days of my current period?
Extra Question: Does Fizz automatically charge my credit card for the next period and when does Fizz do that?

Fizz does charge your credit card automatically and the last day of the cycle I think.
If your card is activated on the 2nd of Jan, it will be charged again on 2nd of Feb.8 -
Regarding the rolling, I would not bet on the message 5 days before the end of the cycle.
The actual data rolling will happen only at the begining of the next cycle.
When the rolling happen you would see "rollover info" in you Usage page
https://zone.fizz.ca/dce/customer-ui-prod/#/account/plan/usage?productId=137328
And it would looks like this :10
