I can't send SMS all day. Inserted a sim card in another phone. The problem is not solved. Is this normal for Fizz?

Tomorrow, I would contact support by live chat because that does not seem normal. This might be a problem with your SIM card... Anyways, this is the community and we can’t do much for you since we’re not a part of the staff team.

IF it's regular SMS, it's not normal. If it's MMS and you don't have data, it's normal. Try to check your APN setting if it's android phone.9

Was it a new account or a random outage on an existing account? Sometimes new accounts take a while to be fully activated.6
