How will I know when I leave the subscription zone?

Hello,
I just want to know, in the top left of my iPhone screen, will I know when I am no longer in the subscription area and in my coverage zone? Will it become something like "Fizz EXT" like Fido?

Yes, the network you connect to will show up as fizz ext.9
