Internet plan change not update?

I've upgraded my internet plan from 15 Mpbs to 120 Mpbs last month. The plan was supposed to be activated yesterday (28th Dec) but the speed test from Google still showing average of 15 Mpbs. Does it usually take longer to see the speed change?

I doubt it, may be a limitation of speed at your location, I suggest u file a ticket to get answer.

- Did you reset your modem ? maybe it sitll has old values
- Maybe its a parameter on the router that limits the speed.
