I still have no network service since i activated my sim,
I've been waiting for more than 3 hours .

It can take longer with some providers than others. In the mean while, you should be able to continue to use the sim from your old provider.7

If nothing is working, and you've received an email that the porting is complete, you'll need to go into your account, then contact forms, and set up an appointment to port your number.9 -
