Data stopped since yesterday, How do I get service? Can't reply to your questions other than making

Account is fully in order and paid. Plan is active. I have voice and sms, but no mms. Connected to LTE. Restarted phone 4 times, Tried with another phone with same results. It was workiing until esterday without any problems.
This is clearly a technical problem. I can't fix it myself and unless you work for Fizz I doubt you can make any suggestion for me to try that will make it work again.
I need service on that but How am I supposed to get it?

Fill the contact form. Now ticket will be open automatically.2

Go to My profile --> Contact form --> complaint. Wait reply after 24 hours.
If you're not satisfied, go to contact form --> followup a complaint, DO NOT open a new complaint.6 -

FYI, I don't do social media, so I will not register to facebook to contact my phone company. Chat would be a nice alternative, however it's never been available anytime I went to https://fizz.ca/en/contact-us.5
