zone usa travel add on works for canadian numbers?

If I buy a travel add on for zone usa 60 minutes callings, and I travel the USA (new york), Will I be able to make calls to Canada (to Montreal) with that travel add on OR is that travel add on only for calls within the usa?

I am pretty sure you can call anywhere, however I am not clear about long distance charges

Travel add-ons are for calls within that travel zone and back home to Canada.

Travel add-ons should allow calls in and out of that country.

According to Fizz you would be able to call Canada from US with USA travel add on.
