Can’t receive calls or texts from a given phone

I just activated a phone with Fizz for my daughter, a week ago. Just one issue... My personal phone is with Telus and have no problem contacting (phone or sms) the Fizz number. However, my wife is with bell can’t communicate (phone, SMS or even MagicJack app)with the Fizz number at all... any thoughts?


  • If it works with Telus, it should work with the other providers. make sure the number is correct on the other phones.
