It's used to be 2 to 5 business day. I received mine the next day.

Normally delivery takes two business days. I ordered twice, and got status updated right before the sim cards were delivered to me on the next day.

I have the same issue right now. I'm just assuming that it's the New Year so my SIM card hasn't been processed yet by the courrier...
