USA Data Coverage ?

I'm in Denver Colorado and the network is AT&T but the data doesn't work. I have CA/USA coverage and data. I did activate my roaming. The network is not Fizz EXT here. Do I have to setup something ?

Do you have iphone? If so did you get the carrier update? If android, did you setup the APN?
