Blocking international calls?

Does fizz offer some sort of spam filtering on their end so the spam calls don’t reach me?
I’m getting daily spam calls with rolling spoofed numbers so I can’t block them on the phone.
If fizz doesn’t offer such a service, anyone recommend a third party iOS app that can block international calls (ex all of USA)?

Fizz doesn't have any spam filter.

Did you try any of them from the Apple store? I mean, if they're free apps, might be worth a shot.
